The Albino Moose, which is officially called the Armstrong Stain, is becoming more common across Ontario. They have been spotted right across Northwestern Ontario and Northeastern Ontario and as far south as Algonquin Park in Central Ontario. There also seems to be a population of them in the Yukon and Alaska.
The Cree aboriginal people of Ontario consider any albino animal as messengers of the spirit world, which brings good luck, but the Albino Moose and the Albino Bear are the most important to their beliefs. Down in the mid-western USA a white buffalo was born back in the 90s, which had the same effect on aboriginals down there.
